About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Training Program Specialist. As a key member of our Commercial Climate Solutions team, you will be responsible for selling and servicing our HVAC products to commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and service our HVAC products to commercial customers, including equipment, service, and controls/building automation offerings.
  • Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers to grow and maintain their business.

  • A competitive base pay range of $90,520.
  • A commission/incentive plan that provides uncapped compensation opportunities.

Requirements
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis).
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations.
Work Environment
