Nurse (COVID Medical Unit) - Cardiac Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg/Telemetry unit at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center. As a Medical Telemetry Nurse, you will work in partnership with the care team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide age-appropriate excellent care to patients based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
- Perform duties within the scope of your practice and function within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery at our hospitals.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in Med Surg/Telemetry nursing preferred.
