Customer Service Liaison

At TM Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to lead our consumer outreach efforts. This role will provide strategic direction and day-to-day management of the function, building the brand and growth strategy for the business.
The ideal candidate will oversee customer plans and marketing to allocate resources across assigned programs, providing advice and guidance to various operating units to ensure overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate and direct marketing inquiries to determine trends, industry needs and customer preferences.
- Participate in the development of business plans to drive targeted revenue.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure a full understanding of communications objectives.
- Build brand equity with consumers, franchisees and employees to maintain the company's differentiation in the marketplace.
- Enhance existing customer/market data to build a customer base, increase repeat customers, reduce defectors and cross-market among all channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- 1-2 years experience in a customer-faced role or sales environment.
- Excellent public speaking skills.
- Ability to commute to the office daily.
