Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Waterville Residential Care Center, you will be responsible for planning and implementing high-quality patient care. This includes supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participating in resident and family teaching.

Requirements
  • Competency in documentation, change in condition, pain management, medication administration, time management skills, communication skills, follow-through, care plan compliance, infection control, assistive devices, resident dining, accidents and incident reporting, abuse reporting, skin & skin care protocol, clinical competencies, supervision of staff, medication storage safety, professionalism, managing of medical orders, and RN assessments.
