About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Consultant to join our team at Socotec Advisory, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and databases to support project evaluations and dispute resolution.
  • Review and analyze project cost control documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed project status presentations and update reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support damages quantification and dispute resolution.
  • Perform quality control review and proper documentation of work product to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Science, with 2-5 years of industry experience. You will also need excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
