Job Overview

At 77 Consultants, we seek an experienced Taxation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance and planning responsibilities within our multistate environment.


Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Private Client Service / Estate and Trust practice of the Firm, guiding members in developing and executing tax strategies.
  • Develop, supervise, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in estate and trust matters.
  • Coordinate tax compliance and planning responsibilities, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and advise them on estate and trust matters.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in providing gift and estate planning strategies to high-net-worth clients.
  • Significant experience in working with estate tax, gift tax, and fiduciary income tax returns.
  • Knowledge of fiduciary accounting concepts.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to provide integrated services to clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
