NATP Instructor

Glens Falls Center is seeking a qualified NATP Instructor to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

The Program Instructor will work collaboratively with the Program Coordinator to present the curriculum, teach lecture and lab content, and coordinate clinical training and supervision of course participants.

**Responsibilities:**

Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to develop and implement the curriculum

Teach lecture and lab content to adult learners

Coordinate clinical training and supervision of course participants

Supervise students on the units during their clinical experience

**Requirements:**

Registered nurse with at least one year of experience in a nursing home

Ability to teach adult learners, demonstrated by completion of a professionally recognized course in teaching adult learners or New York State Education Department teacher's certification

Two years of experience teaching nursing or nursing-related programs to adults in an academic setting approved by the state education department

Two years of experience teaching nurse aides in a residential health care facility
