Physical Therapist Role with Comprehensive Care

As a skilled Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual who is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health outcomes.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $114,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as a $7,500 sign-on bonus, up to $2,500 relocation bonus, and comprehensive health insurance packages. Job DescriptionResponsibilities include collecting and recording patient care data, preparing treatment plans, administering tests and measures, synthesizing evaluation results to formulate diagnoses, goals, prognosis, and plan of care. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and their support systems to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state practicing in, and have completed state-regulated CEU requirements. Strong clinical decision-making skills, excellent oral and written communication, and basic computer skills are also essential.
