Position Overview:

As a Facility Maintenance Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks that contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour

Employment Type:
Full-time

Work Schedule:
Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all cleaning duties as outlined in checklists and as directed by management to maintain a pristine facility.
  • Ensure entrances, exits, and stairwells are free of debris and dirt.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas including the office, restrooms, and service booths.
  • Regularly empty trash receptacles throughout the facility.
  • Safeguard company equipment and report any safety hazards or policy violations promptly.
  • Assist in the delivery and pick-up of supplies and equipment as required.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requests for replenishment as necessary.
  • Operate cleaning equipment efficiently to uphold facility standards.
  • Clear snow from designated areas when required.
  • Document and report any accidents or safety concerns to management in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required where applicable.
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively resolve customer inquiries.

Physical Requirements:
The role involves standing, walking, and using hands for various tasks. Employees may occasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs. The work environment may expose employees to varying weather conditions and noise levels.
