Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is over $100K per year, making it one of the highest and most competitive compensation plans in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain an active client base by marketing and selling personal training programs to members and/or clients through various channels.
  • Schedule Management: Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems.
  • Training Delivery: Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Personalized Programs: Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients, catering to their unique needs and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certification: Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
  • Education: Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact with members and colleagues effectively.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
