Job Title: Regional Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Training Manager to join our team at Richemont Americas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for deploying our cutting-edge education to our sales ambassadors and those of our wholesale partners.

Your primary objective will be to implement Montblanc's training strategy and adapt HQ materials to local requirements. You will analyze regional retail and wholesale teams' skill set levels, training efforts, and KPIs, as well as competitors' client service and training trends and needs in the markets.

Based on your analysis, you will strategize and develop concrete and pragmatic training action plans linked to business objectives. You will also optimize the use of your training budget and adapt training plans, strategies, and processes for reaching business objectives in your region.

As a Regional Training Manager, you will deploy training modules directly and indirectly to target audiences, consistent with Montblanc DNA and modern, fun, interactive techniques. You will also provide training, onboarding, and sales coaching for Montblanc sales teams, as well as ambassador programs.

To ensure success, you will monitor training results, partner with area sales and operations managers, and create greater success by providing feedback to relevant partners on progress and recommendations on further actions to take.

Qualifications:
