The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, and have a minimum of two years of experience providing counseling in a mental health or addiction treatment environment. A clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.) with certification to provide care in Georgia is also required.

As a Lead Addiction Therapist, you will be responsible for providing intensive outpatient group therapy and individual therapy services to patients with co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health problems. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide crisis intervention services as needed.

The successful candidate will be skilled in recognizing symptoms of addictions and mental health, according to DSM-5 criteria, and will be knowledgeable about principles of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, twelve-step facilitation, dialectical behavioral therapy, and recovery management. You will also be able to facilitate family sessions and assist patients, families, and referents in understanding the importance of sober support systems, community support groups, and continuing care recommendations to support recovery.

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,400 - $83,200 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
