Part Time Associate Dentist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Associate Dentist to join our team at Porter Dental & Braces - a Benevis company.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care to underserved communities, primarily focusing on children. This role involves performing dental services, collaborating with a dedicated team, and contributing to a positive environment aimed at improving patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide dental services to patients with the support of their team.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
Requirements:
  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
Salary and Benefits

This part-time position offers an attractive compensation package, including a guaranteed base pay of $800 per day, uncapped earning potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, short-term disability/long-term disability, basic life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, company-paid malpractice insurance coverage, paid holidays, time off, continuing education reimbursements, CE offered through ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P), and reimbursements for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues.
