About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and coordinating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Assist with customer retention strategies and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Experience in customer service and prior State Farm experience.
- Current licensure in Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance.
