We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our 7-Eleven family of stores. As a Store Leader, you will be the heart and soul of the store, responsible for executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, and developing the skills of the entire store team. You will also ensure that customers are well taken care of, and that the store is presented in a clean and safe environment.

What you'll bring:

* Proven leadership and customer service skills
* Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use P&L and store reports to drive change
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient computer knowledge, with experience using Microsoft products
* A High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
* A valid Driver's License, with automotive liability insurance
* The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
