About the Role:

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to ensure our customers' success and satisfaction with our next-generation endpoint technology in the small business segment.

This is a full sales cycle role where you will proactively advocate for clients, focusing on high levels of adoption to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will balance discovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities while partnering with our renewals team to ensure timely renewals.

This is a hybrid-remote role requiring one office visit per week at our Austin, TX location for team building and collaboration.
