Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated District Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the total service delivery for up to 20 apartment communities, providing direction and oversight for 15-25 Service Valets within the assigned district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Management: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of trash and recycling services to assigned properties, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Service Valets, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with property staff, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily/nightly completion of resident doorstep trash/recycle pick-up, inspect properties regularly for compliance, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Customer Retention: Make informed decisions to drive customer satisfaction, taking initiative to forecast and solve problems.
- Organizational Activities: Comply with safety policies, promote and train on safety procedures, and report incidents in a timely manner.
- Service Support: Participate in new community launches, drive to inventory warehouses for supplies, and drive to properties within the assigned district.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience and performance.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the waste management or property management industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a split schedule, including mornings and evenings.
