About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic IT Project Manager to join our Governance & Enablement team within National Integration Services (NIS). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and successfully managing several workstreams that support the organization's scalability, maturity, and process optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs to upskill employees and improve knowledge sharing.
  • Design and execute onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
  • Manage cloud operations to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
  • Liaise with vendors and software providers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Analyze financial data to inform budgeting and forecasting decisions.
  • Document project progress and outcomes to facilitate knowledge retention and sharing.
About the Team

The Governance & Enablement team is part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) department and operates in partnership with National IT (NIT) and other stakeholders across the Federal Reserve System. Our vision is to be the trusted strategic partner that accelerates breakthroughs across the System.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or other relevant field.
  • 5+ years of IT work experience, with at least 2 years utilizing project management software.
  • General knowledge/experience with cloud service providers.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence successfully in a highly matrixed or virtual organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent prioritization skills with flexibility and adaptability to respond to shifting business needs.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range: $113,600 - $181,600, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, pre-tax flexible spending account, backup child care program, paid family care leave, vacation days, sick days, paid holidays, pet insurance, matching 401(k), and retirement/pension.
