Sales Operations Specialist

To support the Self-Manufacturing Sales team in completing specialized duties that drive functional operations. The successful candidate will manage data collection, management, and dissemination related to customers, products, manufacturing facilities, and sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand the larger role of Self-Manufacturing while applying accurate data to various reports and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete RFQ and Scope documents for potential LFI business.
- Timely completion of pricing letters and notifications to LFI customers.
- Maintain complex records and reports.
- Respond to inquiries in the area of responsibility.
- Collect data for department use in special projects or reports.
- Update information and reports, ensuring accuracy.
- Review information and make decisions within defined guidelines.
- Sort, file, and maintain invoices, receipts, contracts, or other special department documents.
- Deliver key initiatives and deliverables on time.
- Assist in completing customer presentations using PowerPoint and Power-BI.
- Manage the relationship between LFI Customers and Manufacturing OPS Team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant category/product management or sales experience.
- Intermediate skill levels in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power-BI.

- Customer relations skills, including meeting customer needs.

Work Environment:

- Spends long periods at a desk or computer terminal.
- Uses keyboards, calculators, telephone, and other office equipment.
