Job Title: Corporate Attorney - Strategic Legal Guidance

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to provide strategic legal guidance to our clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage competitor acquisitions and due diligence
* Oversee IT operations, DOD contracting, HR, recruiting, and legal functions
* Advise CEO on company matters
* Conduct industry and customer analysis for product development
* Support portfolio companies and act as a liaison to the entrepreneurial ecosystem
* Source and evaluate investment deals
* Lead product initiatives and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience as a corporate attorney
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients and leadership
* Strong analytical skills and innovative approach to problem-solving
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
