About the Role
In this critical position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing comprehensive patient care plans, and fostering a culture of excellence among staff members. You will also lead quality improvement initiatives, analyze data, and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes. As a leader, you will mentor and train new staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for the following key responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the MICU and CCU, ensuring timely and effective delivery of care.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans, incorporating best practices and innovative strategies.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among staff members.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, analyzing data and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Mentor and train new staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
  • Possess a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an ICU setting.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Show a commitment to lifelong learning, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in nursing practice and technology.
