Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Guitar Instrument Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our repair and maintenance team, you'll work closely with customers to diagnose and resolve issues with their instruments. Your expertise will ensure that every guitar, bass, or other stringed instrument receives the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose problems with customer-owned instruments
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guitars, basses, and other stringed instruments
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Provide expert advice on instrument selection and customization options
Requirements
  • Proven experience in guitar repair and maintenance (at least 2 years)
  • Strong understanding of guitar electronics, woods, and construction methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Foundational knowledge of Guitar Center products and services
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Salary Range

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
