Responsibilities
As a full-time LPN in our Endocrinology department, your responsibilities will include:
- Medication injections
- Diabetic teachings
- Insulin and insulin pump teachings
- Scrubbing charts to ensure patients can receive medication
- Reviewing, confirming, and/or changing urgency of incoming referrals (ensuring it's a clinically appropriate case)
Qualifications
We look for candidates who possess not only relevant qualifications, skills, and competencies but also positive attitudes, empathy, and genuine passion for the work. Required qualifications include:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
