NASA's ARES Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior IT Strategist to support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Strategy & Architecture Office (SAO). As a vital member of the SAO team, you will provide strategic IT governance, planning, and material/operational support to OCIO and Agency leadership. This role will significantly impact the development and maintenance of NASA's IT Strategic Plan, and IT Related content in NASA's overall Strategic Plan.

About the Role:
  • You will develop the NASA IT Strategic Plan, IT Elements of the NASA Strategic Plan, and related tactical plans.
  • Implement strategy management frameworks and strategies using balanced scorecards, objectives, and key results (OKRs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) to create, assess, and measure performance towards strategic objectives.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to communicate NASA IT Strategic Plan, implementation strategies, and performance assessment results.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, objective leads, and other stakeholders to assess, capture, and provide executive level reporting on strategic performance.
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT-related work.
  • Proven ability to synthesize diverse information and communicate complex content to a non-technical audience.
  • Minimum five years of experience delivering executive level analytics products/deliverables (OKRs, KPIs, scorecards etc).
  • Willingness to learn governmental processes and be a self-starter.

Estimated Salary Range:

$145,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
