Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Technician IV to join our team at Applied Materials. This role requires a strong background in technical support, process expertise, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Process Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities to ensure our systems are running at optimal levels.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree
  • Experience: 7 years of experience in a technical support or process expertise role
  • Certifications: None specified
  • Languages: English
  • Years of Experience: 7 years
