CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer - iOS to join our team. As a Staff Engineer - iOS, you will be responsible for designing and developing iOS applications that meet the needs of our customers. About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing iOS code, partnering with product and UX teams to iterate features, and mentoring/guiding team members. You will also be responsible for improving and maintaining our mobile apps CI and CD infrastructure and pipelines. Additionally, you will collaborate to drive solutions that reduce cost and time to market, and be responsible for end-to-end application delivery including coordination with required teams for production deployment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of software development experience with at least 7+ years in designing/developing iOS Mobile applications. You will also need 5+ years of experience with modern iOS development frameworks such as SwiftUI, and 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams such as design, product, data teams to deliver great user experiences. Additionally, you will need 3+ years of experience in influencing large organizations on best practices in Mobile iOS development, and 3+ years of accessibility experience. Telemetry and observability experience beyond Firebase is also a plus.

CVS Health offers a competitive salary range of $118,450.00 - $284,280.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan. As for time off, we offer paid time off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
