Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership Clerk. This role involves processing member sign-ups, renewals, and added cards, as well as providing excellent customer service and support.

About the Role
As a Membership Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Processing member sign-ups, renewals, and added cards
• Instructing members and potential members about membership, warehouse, and credit programs
• Assisting members regarding item availability
• Issuing replacement and temporary cards, key credit applications and providing a high level of member service

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
