Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Optometrist to join our team at Walmart. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and vision services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat various eye conditions
  • Prescribe and fit eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids
  • Provide routine vision care and educate patients on eye health and safety
  • Consult with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
  • Represent the company in vision care and patient engagement
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Licensed optometrist in good standing in the state of practice

  • Competitive salary range: $100,000.00-$200,000.00
  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses
