About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medication Aide to join our team at Park Terrace Health Campus. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration
  • Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices
Requirements
  • Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
  • Experience in long-term care or home care setting preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
