Job Overview

This role plays a critical part in maintaining the highest standards of kitchen sanitation at our facility. As a Dish Cleaning Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all surfaces, equipment, and areas within the kitchen meet strict Food Code requirements. Your hard work will contribute significantly to providing a safe and professional culinary experience for our patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our culinary team, your duties will include:

• Task Completion: Carry out daily tasks assigned by the Culinary Manager and Leads, contributing to a seamless kitchen operation.">
• Sanitation and Cleaning: Ensure all kitchen environments, including the kitchen, dining, and catering areas, are spotless and sanitized, adhering to rigorous Food Code standards.">
• Dish Washing and Area Maintenance: Wash dishes and maintain overall area cleanliness, guaranteeing a clean and hygienic environment for our clients and staff.">
• Equipment and Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, clean, and sanitize floors and equipment daily, upholding high standards of cleanliness.">
• Order and Organization: Maintain order and organization in the dish room, kitchen, and dining areas, promoting efficiency and productivity.">
