Overview

Ascension Seton Northwest, a leading healthcare provider in Austin, Texas, seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee clinical operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and contribute to the success of our team.

Estimated Salary Range:

$83,000 - $123,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a clinical leader, overseeing daily operations and making strategic decisions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and develop a team of licensed nurses and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes quality care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent patient experiences.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to reduce length of stay, readmissions, and other key metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher required.
  • At least 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas required.
