  • Key Responsibilities
    • Support the management team with human resources, travel management, procurement, IT, and other administrative tasks
    • Develop comprehensive job descriptions, post job openings, conduct candidate interviews, track travel expenses, and provide supporting documentation
    • Review bid opportunities, identify procurement needs, support proposal development, and provide IT assistance to staff
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaborative software
    • Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of organization and versatility
