Job Overview

We are seeking a Clinic Associate to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinic Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient experiences across various service lines, including Daily Care, Family Medicine, Mental Health, Women's Health, Dermatology, and Podiatry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and update medical records efficiently.
  • Check patients in and out for appointments, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
  • Perform blood draws and process labs while adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Work with medical equipment and provide basic support to providers when necessary.
  • Provide emergency care to patients and ensure their safety at all times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, customer service, or administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to navigate computer software and learn new systems quickly.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPR/BLS certification, or the ability to become certified within 60 days of hire.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $19.50 - $26.50 DOE, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
