Job Summary

This role involves engaging children in developmentally appropriate activities, ensuring the highest quality of care, and overseeing the Infant and/or Toddler program. The successful candidate will assist in curriculum evaluation, work with fellow staff members, and act as a liaison between the Director and staff.

About You

  • You have an Associate's Degree or higher.
  • You have completed 12 core ECE semester units, including Infant/Toddler Development, or are willing to complete this course.
  • You have at least two years of experience working with young children.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and are a reliable team player.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $27.25-$31.50 per hour, depending on your experience, education, and position requirements. As a full-time employee working 30+ hours a week, you can expect benefits such as vacation pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage, FSA, long-term disability, life insurance, and tuition discount benefits.
