High-Level Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general office duties, including ordering supplies, distributing correspondence, preparing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Order supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-equipped and organized.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
