Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general office duties, including ordering supplies, distributing correspondence, preparing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Order supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-equipped and organized.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
