Overview:

This position involves the fabrication of coils used in Pad, Pole, or 3-Phase transformers at ERMCO, emphasizing adherence to company standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and execute detailed written and verbal instructions for operating winding equipment.
  • Ensure safe and proper start-up, operation, and shut-down of equipment.
  • Repetitively lift/move materials weighing over 50 lbs., potentially with assistance from lifting devices.
  • Handle materials, operate hand/power tools, and utilize a torch during soldering operations.
  • Maintain conformity of coils to ERMCO standards.
  • Adhere to all ERMCO safety policies and procedures.
