As a HVAC Service Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in building profitable service relationships and selling renewable maintenance agreements within an assigned geographic territory.

About the Role

This position is essential for the growth of our HVAC Service business and involves identifying prospective customers, conducting sales calls, and developing territory marketing plans. You'll require strong sales skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to propose innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on selling renewable maintenance agreements as the key building block for establishing service relationships.
  • Work within an assigned geographic territory, collaborating with sales and operations professionals within a local branch office.
  • Use sales tools to plan and document sales progress, increasing business opportunities in current accounts.
  • Obtain and close business on a monthly basis.
What We Look For
  • 2-3 previous progressive sales roles.
  • Aptitude for technical knowledge with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Enviable presentation skills, complete with the ability to captivate in both individual and group communications.
