Fairview Health Services, a pioneering organization in the field of accountable care, is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join its high-performing primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Rosemount. This esteemed clinic boasts top-decile clinical quality and patient satisfaction scores.

Key Practice Details:

  • A 11-provider primary care team consisting of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants.
  • Access to specialists in sports & physical therapy, anticoagulation, medication therapy management, and an on-site pharmacy.
  • Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
  • The clinic offers virtual care through video, telephone, and electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Full-time physicians can expect 34 patient contact hours per week with flexible scheduling options.
  • Call frequency is low intensity, with phone consultations only required one-sixth of the time.
  • As a Pioneer ACO, physicians utilize a multidisciplinary approach to manage patient care.
  • A fully integrated Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC) ensures seamless communication and data exchange.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine through the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
  • Licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice, as well as DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges if applicable.

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
