About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined individual to join our team as an Insurance Broker. This role involves actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers, following our sales process and system to find success, and being coachable and ready to learn.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage our sales system to schedule appointments and meet with clients virtually, complete initial phone discovery to match clients with the best insurance solutions, and present options via consultative appointment following our process.
  • Develop and foster relationships with clients to ensure policies are placed and they are protected, enabling referral opportunities and portfolio growth.
  • Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual goals for yourself.
  • Track progress and results, including key metrics, to allow your mentor to provide coaching and help you grow in the role.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a 100% commission-only position with unlimited earnings potential. Employees can also take advantage of benefit offerings through Symmetry Financial Group. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $60,000-$80,000, depending on performance and location.
