About the Role
As a Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones, you will be part of a dynamic team that partners with financial advisors to deliver exceptional personalized service to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deepen and broaden client relationships, identify opportunities to create efficiency, and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients, ensuring they feel understood and informed.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
