We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare.
About the RoleAs a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents in a nursing unit. Your primary focus will be on assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and evaluating care outcomes.
You will supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists (CNA), and other personnel to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care. In this role, you will also have opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within our organization.
What We OfferBrickyard Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in your state and maintain CPR certification. Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics are highly desirable.
You should also demonstrate a commitment to ongoing Continuing Education Credits in clinical subjects, management, personal growth, and development.
