Sales Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Group Sales Coordinator to join our team at Andaz Miami Beach, a luxury lifestyle resort located in the heart of Miami Beach. As a Group Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in optimizing revenue and group bookings for our hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Andaz Miami Beach by responding to phone calls and providing information on group accommodations.
  • Assist Group Sales Managers with site inspections as needed.
  • Utilize sales training techniques to ensure high-quality calls and maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel offerings, promotions, and changes in policies and procedures.
  • Effectively multitask and operate multiple computer programs simultaneously.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in group sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Outlook and Excel.
