Manufacturing Engineering Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Lead to join our team at DBSI Services, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up new manufacturing lines, supervising production line workers, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up new manufacturing lines, including automation and digital manufacturing concepts
- Supervise and direct production line workers, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Train new hires and manage scheduling and work conflicts
- Monitor safety and promote internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a team lead or supervisory role
- Ability to demonstrate leadership competencies and work with a diverse group of employees and customers
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Degree or equivalent experience desired
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
