Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Management: Oversee business relationships with municipal and school district clients, ensuring that employee assistance program (EAP) and wellness services meet specific needs of these sectors.
  • Consultative Recommendations: Provide expert guidance and recommendations to help clients optimize EAP and wellness programs, aligning them with public sector employee and family needs.
  • Client Engagement Strategy: Collaborate with client plan sponsors to develop and implement engagement strategies for EAP and wellness programs tailored to municipal and educational environments.
  • Program Performance Evaluation: Continuously assess and refine program performance both internally and externally, identifying areas for improvement while ensuring compliance with public sector regulations and unique client requirements.
  • Market Understanding: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CuraLinc's product suite within the healthcare benefits landscape, specifically how it applies to municipalities and school districts.
  • Client Presentations: Represent CuraLinc in presentations to current and prospective municipal and school district clients, highlighting EAP and wellness solution benefits and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Seven or more years of B2B account management/client services experience in healthcare, employee benefits, or insurance (EAP, wellness/wellbeing, clinic, TPA, carrier, broker, PBM, medical mgmt., health technology, etc.), preferably with a focus on municipal or educational sectors.
  • Stable employment history.
  • BS/BA degree.
  • Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Located in the continental United States and Hawaii.
