About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and be able to work effectively with patients of all ages. As a Physical Therapist on this assignment, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical impairments and disabilities.
- Conduct patient assessments and provide high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the assignment is located.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
