Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Screed Operator to join our team at CRH - APAC - Alabama, Inc. As an Asphalt Screed Operator, you will be responsible for the control and operation of the screed on an asphalt paving machine. Your duties will include controlling material taken into the paver and the depths of material distributed through the machine. You will also be expected to understand all aspects of the paving industry, including preparatory work, grades, drainage, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate the screed on an asphalt paving machine
* Control material taken into the paver and the depths of material distributed through the machine
* Understand all aspects of the paving industry
* Collaborate with the paving team to ensure efficient and high-quality work

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in asphalt paving or a related field
* Strong knowledge of asphalt paving equipment and operations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
