Digital Content Creator Role

The People Placers is seeking a skilled Digital Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content tailored to our target audience, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Cultivate and nurture our B2B social media presence, fostering meaningful connections with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and digital trends, exploring innovative ways to enhance our social media performance.
  • Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of digital and social content across various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific forums.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, refining strategies based on performance metrics and audience feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of industry trends and translate insights into effective strategies.
  • Content Creation and management.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital storytelling and content creation.
  • Proven track record of successful ideation and execution of social media campaigns.
  • Technology proficient with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms.
