The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in test and evaluation within the last 7 years. As an RF Test Engineer, you will support programs and projects through various testing phases, including design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.

A Secret Clearance is required for this position, and applicants must live within daily-commuting distance of the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review test documentation to ensure adequacy, specification/performance requirements compliance, and conformity with mandatory guidance for tactical communications systems.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, procedures, and reports.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. The projected annual compensation range for this position is **$74,000 - $100,000**.
