Job Opportunity

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Installation Manager to join our team in Bloomington, IL. As a leading distributor, constructor, and service provider of door and door-related products, we offer a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role in our install department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the install department, ensuring seamless execution of schedules and customer commitments.
  • Develop and implement effective schedules to meet customer demands, while maintaining a cost-effective approach.
  • Review workload and manpower to ensure optimal resource allocation and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly financial and operational reports to identify areas for improvement, working closely with front-line managers to develop action plans.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to enhance individual performance and drive growth within the field force.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees to foster a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations.
  • Ability to review customer survey data, respond to concerns, and possess technical knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • Valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
