Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing in-person customer service and responding to complex inquiries;
  • Maintaining office files and performing quality assurance tasks;
  • Meeting daily customer service production goals while adhering to VDH policies and procedures.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and technical skills;
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.">

Bonus Points

Knowledge of handling customer payments and reconciling accounts is a plus, as is experience working in an in-person customer contact position. Bilingual candidates who can read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently are also encouraged to apply.
